01. Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to iOS and macOS apps published by AppX that link to this page, together with related support and online services (collectively, the “Apps”). “AppX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the publisher of those Apps.
Our Apps provide different features, so not every type of information described below applies to every App. The App Store privacy label, permission prompts, and any notice shown inside a particular App provide additional details about that App. If an app-specific notice conflicts with this policy, the app-specific notice controls for that App.
02. Information we may collect
Depending on the App and the features you choose to use, we may process:
- Information you provide. This may include an email address, account or profile details, preferences, content you create or upload, and messages or attachments you send to support.
- App, device, and usage information. Apps with online features may receive information such as device type, operating-system and app version, language, identifiers, feature interactions, diagnostics, crash data, IP address, and general network information.
- Purchase information. If you make an in-app purchase or start a subscription, Apple processes the payment. We may receive purchase status, product, transaction, and subscription information, but we do not receive your full payment-card details.
- Information accessed with permission. A feature may request access to photos, files, the camera, microphone, contacts, calendars, location, notifications, or similar device resources. The App requests access only when needed for the feature you choose. You can control access in your device settings.
Some Apps work entirely or primarily on your device. Information processed only on your device is not collected by AppX unless you choose to send, sync, back up, or share it through an online feature.
03. How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you enter it, through an App when you use an online feature, from your device after you grant a requested permission, and from service providers that help us operate an App. We may also receive transaction confirmation and related information from Apple.
04. How we use information
We use information as reasonably necessary to:
- provide, personalize, sync, and maintain App features;
- authenticate users and manage accounts or subscriptions;
- respond to support, privacy, and other requests;
- monitor performance, diagnose crashes, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve reliability;
- send service-related notices and, where you have chosen to receive them, communications;
- comply with law and protect users, AppX, and others.
Where required, we rely on your consent. In other circumstances, we process information to provide a service you requested, meet a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving our Apps without overriding your rights.
05. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with:
- Service providers that support hosting, cloud storage, authentication, analytics, diagnostics, customer support, or other App functions;
- Apple for App Store distribution, purchases, subscriptions, platform services, fraud prevention, and features you choose to use;
- Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security;
- A successor organization as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We require service providers that process personal information for us to protect it and use it only for the services they provide. If an App uses a third-party integration at your direction, that third party’s own privacy policy may also apply.
06. Tracking and advertising
AppX does not use information to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies unless a particular App clearly discloses that practice and obtains any permission required by Apple and applicable law. If an App displays advertising or uses advertising services, its App Store privacy label and in-app notices will describe the applicable practices.
07. Retention and deletion
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide the App, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. The period depends on the type of information, whether you maintain an account, and applicable legal requirements. We then delete or anonymize the information, subject to secure backup rotation and any retention required by law.
You can delete information stored only on your device by using the App’s controls or removing the App. If an App supports accounts, use its account-deletion feature where available. You may also request deletion by emailing appx927@gmail.com with the App name and the email associated with your account or request. We may retain limited information where legally permitted or required.
08. Your choices and rights
You can decline optional information requests, change device permissions in iOS or macOS settings, turn off notifications, and disconnect optional integrations. Some features may not work without the information or permission they require.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email appx927@gmail.com and include the relevant App name. We may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.
09. Children’s privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required by local law, unless the App is specifically identified as designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without any consent required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us and identify the relevant App so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AppX and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
11. Third-party links and services
An App may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing personal information.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our Apps, practices, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here, revise the effective date, and provide any additional notice required by law.
For privacy questions or requests, visit Contact Us or email appx927@gmail.com. Please include the name of the App so we can respond appropriately.
